If you wish to be attended personally, you can go to our Department located at Calle Hidalgo Esq. 6, La Timba, Plaza de la Revolución municipality, Havana, Cuba, from Monday to Friday, from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

You can express your concerns, doubts, suggestions, complaints, comments and other incidents. If done in writing, it should not exceed five pages.
